# HYA Business Management

## What HYA does, in one paragraph

Most consultancies stop at the recommendation. HYA maps how work actually moves through a
business, redesigns it, builds the system that runs it, and stays until it runs. Clients are
typically companies of 20 to 300 people: large enough to have real operational complexity, too
small to interest the firms that would charge for it. Engagements begin with a Process Audit — two
weeks of business analysis that precedes any software proposal.

- Licensed by Meydan Free Zone, licence 2418702.01, for four activities: 6201.00 computer
  programming, 7020.00 management consultancy, 7020.85 cost control and risk management services,
  7490.14 human resources consultancy.
- HYA advises on structure and coordinates licensed providers. It does not itself perform company
  formation, accounting, tax filing, payroll processing, PRO services or real estate brokerage —
  those are regulated activities executed by the licensed firms HYA coordinates.
- DREAM, a business process platform designed and built by HYA, runs 247 BPMN processes in
  production: 11,918 nodes, 14,218 connections, 10,113 codified business rules across 1,053 data
  fields, 101 business modules. Of 7,984 operational steps, 7,565 are executed by software and 419
  by a person — 94.8% automated, or 91.2% on the conservative reading that counts only active
  automated actions. 165 of the 247 processes run end to end without a person.
  These are counts of process elements, not savings in hours or money. HYA does not publish a
  return-on-investment figure because it does not have execution data to support one.
- HYA runs its own structured knowledge system: roughly 1,150 documents across six jurisdictions
  (UAE, Italy, Monaco, France, Hong Kong, China), five AI advisors built on them, and an automated
  weekly watch of official legislative sources.
- Two published guides written in-house: "The Second Brain — Obsidian + AI" (141 pages, eleven
  languages) and "Obsidian, Used Properly — The Method" (57 pages).
