HYA Business Management is a process, software and AI consultancy based in Dubai. We work with companies under a few hundred people — large enough to have real operational complexity, too small to interest the firms that would charge for it.
We do one thing: we make businesses work better, and then we build the systems that keep them that way.

We work inside our licence, and we say so

Company formation, accounting, tax filing and PRO services are regulated activities performed by licensed providers — we advise on structure and coordinate those providers; we do not replace them. It is a distinction some firms are vague about. We would rather be clear.

It is not a marketing claim. It is the reason the answer to a client question is usually the same day. We have also written the method down.

A process redesign does not care about time zones. Where a jurisdiction needs someone on the ground, we bring in professionals we have worked with for years, and we stay accountable for the result.
The United Arab Emirates is tax neutral, politically stable, and has the infrastructure and banking access to work as an operating base rather than a letterhead. That is why we are here, and why we have stayed.
