HYA redesigns how your business works, builds the software that runs it, and coordinates everything around it. The four areas below are usually bought together, because in practice they are the same problem approached from four directions.

Process & organisation design

Licence activities 7020.00 · 7490.14

The problem. Ask three people how a contract renewal works and you get three answers. None of them is written down. When one of the three leaves, the process leaves with them.
What we do. We map how work actually moves — not how the org chart says it should. We remove the steps that survive only out of habit, and redesign what remains: approvals, handovers, roles, reporting lines and the points where responsibility actually changes hands.
What you get. Process maps in BPMN — the international standard, ISO/IEC 19510 — that management and IT can both read. A list of bottlenecks ranked by what they cost you. A redesign you can act on without us.

Software & applied AI

Licence activity 6201.00

The problem. You have four systems that don’t talk to each other, one of which is a spreadsheet, and a person whose job is to copy numbers between them.
What we do. ERP selection and configuration. Workflow automation, built on the process design rather than bolted on afterwards. Integrations between tools never designed to speak to each other. Mobile and web applications where an off-the-shelf product does not exist. And AI applied where it removes real work — not where it demos well.
What you get. A system that executes the process instead of recording it after the fact. Documentation. Full ownership of the configuration and the code.

We build software. Computer programming is licence activity 6201.00 — this is our own trade, not something we subcontract. The clearest proof is DREAM, a process platform we designed and built that runs 247 BPMN processes in production.

Cost control & risk management

Licence activity 7020.85

The problem. You know your revenue. You have a rough idea of your costs. Where the margin actually goes is a conversation with the accountant three months later.
What we do. Cost analysis down to the level where decisions are made. Control frameworks that catch an exposure before it becomes a loss. Management reporting that arrives on its own, on a schedule, instead of being assembled by hand at the end of every month.
What you get. Numbers that arrive without anyone building them, early enough to act on.

Structure & coordination

Licence activity 7020.00

The problem. Opening or running an entity abroad means six providers, each with a partial view, none of whom is accountable for the result.
What we do. Independent advice on structure and jurisdiction — independent because we do not sell the licences. Then coordination of the regulated providers who execute: corporate service agents, accountants, tax agents, PRO services, banks.
What you get. One senior point of contact instead of six vendors, and someone whose only interest is that the structure suits you.

Where the line is. We advise and coordinate. Company formation, accounting, tax filing and PRO services are performed by the licensed providers we coordinate — never by us. Some firms are vague about this distinction. We would rather be clear.

Questions we are asked

About the services

Do I have to buy all four areas?

No. Most clients start with one and add the others as the work makes them necessary. The reason they are presented together is that a process redesign usually surfaces a software gap, and a software project without a process redesign automates the mess you already had.

Which ERP or platform do you recommend?

Whichever one fits the process, which is why we design the process first. HYA takes no commission from software vendors, so the recommendation carries no incentive. In some engagements the honest recommendation is to configure what you already own rather than buy anything.

What does ‘AI applied where it removes real work’ mean in practice?

It means AI used on the steps that consume time and add no judgement: reading and classifying incoming documents, extracting fields from invoices and contracts, drafting routine correspondence, reconciling records across systems, answering internal questions from your own documentation. It does not mean putting a chatbot on a website and calling it a transformation.

Who owns the code and configuration you produce?

You do. Processes, configurations, documentation and code are handed over with the engagement. There is no lock-in and no dependency on HYA to keep operating.

Can you work alongside our existing IT team or provider?

Yes, and it is common. BPMN is a standard notation precisely so the model can be handed to any competent party. Where an internal team or an incumbent supplier does the build, we specify, review and stay accountable for the process working end to end.
